yugo sks mag

Some of you may know that I bought a yugo. Anyway I tried the 30 round mag,it didnt work out, I took it back. The original mag functions great. My question is, Are they 5 or 10 round mags. I put 10 rounds in it no problem,it still had plenty of room and did not feel tight at all. I dont want to put more in than it was designed for. How do you know?

    The Mag capacity of the SKS is 10 rds, this is standard on all models.

    The fixed magazine is designed to hold 10 rounds. How do I know? Just trust me on this, I've been to the factory in Kragujevac (south of Belgrade).
