    Browning "BLR", out of production for years.

    You have to find a used Browning BLR Lightning. I forgot when they quit making them in 223, but they are still out there.

    Ruger offered their Model #3 in the .223. I happen to have one, if it would be of any interest, to you. The #3 is in single shot configuration. Not familiar with the "BLR". gwvr@cowboystate.net

    The #3 was a drop block single shot, I don't think that what he ment by lever action. But you can still get Ruger No.1's, Browning low wall's, and I'm sure there is another but can't remember in a lever drop block single shot configured .223rem.
