Pan Tech jr. scope

Anyone ever heard of these scopes,smallest scope I ever seen.It is made of steel,smaller diameter than 3/4,appears good quality made....thanks

  The scope book, only has a old advertisement no other data for the "Pan Technics" ( this is how the name is spelled in the add ).
  
  (2) Models listed, one a conventional rifle scope the other is a long eye relief pistol scope.
  
  The add is dated 1960, and the scopes were quite inexpensive, between $ 10.00 & $15.00.
