Hydro-Coil stock repair

Is there a way to "recharge" or repressurize a Hydro-Coil stock? It does not have any apparent leaks, but has lost pressure over the years.

  You have a very rare stock. As I recall, they were either offered in
  ivory or brown. I believe that the hydrocoil stock was only offered on the Model 12 for a few years. I was under the impression that they were spring operated but I will likely be corrected. Best of luck, 101
