Colt 45 New Service...Value ?

I love this message board...
Anyway, I recieved this Colt 45 New Service a few years ago, and was wondering if anyone could give me a value, or any other info on it.
I've fired a couple of times, maybee put 24 rounds thru it when I first got it (I think in 1985 ?).
It does have some wear of the blueing from holstering, and some minor scratching that can be seen in bright light, but other than that, I think it's in relatively good condition...
Ever since then i've stored it, taking it out only for a periodic cleaning.
The serial number stamped is 60067, see pic.

The top of the barrel says "patented august 8 1884, june 5 1900, july 4 1905."

    My Colt book show that serial no. as being made in 1913. I have one that was made in 1920. Value will be hard to pin down without good pictures. I paid $275 for mine 2 years ago. It had some pitting around the side plate and needed grips and a swivel. I think I got a good deal on it. I bought mine as a shooter as it was tight and had a very good bore.

    I think we will need to pin it down a little better as to exactly which variation you've got, but given 80% condition a Commercial Model New Service is worth $995 according to the newest Blue Book. A 1917 Civilian/Commercial in 80% is worth $625. Seems a little high to me, but that's what it says.[8D]
