Looking for Class III Dealer in Ohio (SW)

I need to find a Class III dealer in Ohio to effect the transfer of a short-barreled shotgun. Preferably a dealer in South-Western Ohio.

  I know of two in northeastern OH. BUt can't help you with SW. I have dealt with Rose Lumber Co in ashtabula, they are very fair with their rate, as he does the guns as a hobby. I have bought guns off of Rose and would Again. The other is the shooting gallery in Boardman, I would avoid them at all cost, as he dino is in litigation over some unscrupulous deal he was involved in and is likely to lose his business and land in jail.
