Timber Wolf 357 Mag Pump Rifle

Does any one know anything good or bad about these rifles?

  I have owned and shot one of these. They digest the .357mag with no problem what so ever. The 38 specials have an issue feeding. They break down for back packing very nicely. I like these rifles alot. The big brother in 44mag is even a better choice. My 2 cents [8D]

  Shotgun News has an ad offerring several hundred parts kits for the old Timber Wolves that some gunsmith could purchase and assemble, so parts are still out there.
  
  I recall that Gun Tests rated this rifle highly, and then suddenly they went out of production.
