need help with a shotgun

I need some info on the worthington arms Co. just got a Double barrel in bad need of some repair.

  I wouldn't put a lot of time or money into the double.
  
  My reference says that it's a "Hardware Gun" that was made for the George Worthington Co. of Cleveland. They were made by either Crescent Fire Arms or J. Stevens Arms Co.
