If you want a real man-stopper in a snubby, check out the Charter Arms Bulldog, in .44 Special.

    Sorry He Dog,

I was onsite for the first time in a long time last night, reading all old posts in various forums, lots of pages, and found an interesting thread asking for advice on Snubby Choices. I tried to reply but it was "Locked" and I didn't know how to get around that so I later posted what would have been a continuation of the prior thread as a new thread. I checked FAQ's for advice but getting around "Locked" was not there. It didn't occur to me to change forums. Could be I was just plain tired and lost.

My mention of Taurus's new 9mm snubbies was no more an advertisement for Taurus than was my reference to my fine S&W 940 a plug for S&W. When someone else mentions a new item or a topic that needs further investigation I always appreciate when they provide a link to that info. I try to return the courtesy, assuming I have a link handy.

I know the above two wrongs don't make a right but they don't make me a Cowboy or a Yahoo, do they? I certainly don't want your heros after me! ;-)
