duck gun, is it?
Concerning a Rem 11-87, SP, Super Mag 3.5, 26" barrel & camo - but with a non ridb vented barrel & with optic sites. This is not a Turkey gun from the box info or even the barrel marking. Just wondering if any Waterfowlers have used such a Reminton, are the optics in the way for pass shooting? Thanks

Pattern it and find out what it likes to eat. I'm sure it will work just fine. Any shotgun CAN kill a duck, But I've seen alot of hunters that CAN'T...[:D]

This is one of the guns I am considering for waterfowl but with a rib. It should work just fine.

Will be a great gun for waterfowling. 3 or 3.5" shells will work fine. We use #2 in 3.5" for those that have 3.5" guns. Just gives you that little extra reach and knockdown power. The sights are great. Everyone I know uses some sort of fibre optic site. Great for shooting at first light and on those overcast grey days. Much quicker putting the gun on target.
