They are great rifles, built by Howa in Japan. Howa has made rifles with other brand names for years, and the rifle you're looking at is covered by Weatherby's (Southgate, California, USA) warranty and customer service and support.
For the same price, you can order the rifle in .300 Weatherby Magnum, which is a better cartridge than the Win Mag.
Either way, you'll be a happy camper.
