Ward Western Field Shotgun

I was recently given a Ward Western Field Shotgun 04M-215A and was trying to find out a little about it. I used my Store Brand Cross-Over List and found 04M-214A, 216A, 217A 2117A, and 218A, but missing the 04M-215A. Further down it lists a 40M-215A that was modeled after the Mossberg 185. My question is, was the "0" & "4" a typo and switched around in my book or was there really a Western Field 40M-215A? Please help me if you can. rwbarkow@qwest.net

    Not sure what yours is but they did make a model 04M. Go to *************** auction #5281903 and see if it resembles yours. Pete

    Thanks nyforester, that looks the same except mines the 20 ga. I guess it was a typo in my book. I have to replace the stock so I didn't want a mix up in model numbers.
