It appears that you have a Model 1889, Italian Service Revolver.

Yours was made by the firm of "Real Fabbrica d'Armi Glisenti" located in Bresica Italy.

This service revolver was made in some quanity over a 30 year time span by a number of different manufactures. Without knowing its condition and if it's factory original, it would be hard for us to help you with it's value.

The cartridge your revolver is chambered for is the 10.35mm Italian service round.

The commerical ammunition was manufactured by the Fiocchi, and was imported until quit recently. Your best bet would be to contact the "Old Western Scrounger". It's a on-line source for hard to obtain ammunition.

Your description of the revolvers condition is kind of ambiguous? I would guess between $100 & $150. Perhaps if you could post some pictures, It would be easier to dertermine the value.
