    Welcome to the forum.

    You are describing a WWII German army Czech manufactured rifle. Made at Waffenfabrik Brunn in 1944. Unsure what the 13 is unless the rifle is double dated and the 13 is actually a 43.

    Depending on originality, the rifle could be worth several hundred dollars or it could be worth less than $100.

    More information would be needed to accurately say.

    The Germans went to a (3) letter code to camouflage the locations of their manufacturing facilities prior to W W II.
    You rifle was manufactured by "Waffenwerk Brunn" in occupied Czechoslovakia.
