value of "sweet sixteen" belgium

I am considering buying a sweet sixteen in fair condition, what would it be worth? It has dark wood and a 25 1/2in non-ribbed barrel, a little wear on the bluing and a few scratches. Would $400 be too much?

  Is it a real "Sweet Sixteen", or just a 16 gauge Browning A-5? The price you mention is quite reasonable if it is a true "Sweet Sixteen", but is a bit high for an average condition 16 gauge A-5.
