You're not getting any action here, so I'll give you a bump back to the top of the pile. Personally, I've never heard of the brand you're inquiring about, but either .45 or .50 Cal. will work well on whitetails. Mine are 50s. Isn't 200 yards kind of stretching it for a muzzleloader?

I know its a stretch, and personally, I've never gotten a shot beyond 125, but 200 is possible....last day of the season had one come out at about 225, called once and he came in, and then somehow missed...but the possibility is there and I probably would never take that far of shot unless that animals refused to come in, in which he would likely walk...

As to the brand, I believe its relatively new, both Bass Pro and Cabelas carry them....looking to get into muzzleloading and these seem like a good deal, plus, I cant afford anything expensive, considering I have nearly no budget....a muzzleloader would allow me to hunt everywhere here in WI and extend my deer season another 10 days....

200 yards is a major stretch for a front stuffer. You can do it with the recent spate of "magnums" using 150 grains, but then you get centerfire like recoil and a dramatic reduction in accuracy. 150 yards is a pretty safe maximum. I too have not heard of this brand, but these days there are a pile of new front stuffers out there and most are passable if not really good.

My heros have always killed cowboys.

I have seen the rifles you are refering to and I think you would be better served with something else. I understand a budget, so I would consider the New England Firearms Huntsman. If you don't need one right away, watch for discontinued models of higher quality brands. I've bought three nice muzzleloaders in last few years by waiting a while and getting a close out.
