FIC Side-By-Side 12 GA

This past weekend I inherited a side-by-side shotgun. The only markings on the gun are the letters FIC and I there is a small tiger above the lettering. Does anyone know what brand of gun this is? Is FIC a gun manufacturer? The gun also says Boito. Does that mean anything to anybody?

  Boito was a Brazilian co that is now out of bus. The letters you see as FIC are actually FIE , the importer. value would be between $100 and $150 assuming it is still in shootable cond as these are srtrictly utilitarian guns.
