Dates back to the late 70's.

It was developed by Winchester for the WILDEY, gas operated pistol. That probably never went into full-scale production. Believe some Contender barrels were chambered for it also.

The gun-rags of that time period give the cartridge and the Wildey pistols a lot of ink. It was all so much hot-air.

Before you could buy 9mm Largo brass I used to trim down 9mm mag brass to Largo length.

Why is it that our children can't read a Bible in school, but they
    can in prison?

You can also use it to make 9MM Mauser and 7.63 Mauser.

The 9mm Win. Mag was also chambered in the IAI (later AMT) Automag III from 1990 to '92.
    Most were .30 Carbine.
