Your best and least expensive route will be to call Remington. Ask for service and tell them what you need. Most manufacturers can take a credit card over the phone and have your parts to you in a week or so.

I have recently ordered parts from Ruger and Marlin, both of which were a pleasure to deal with. I am sure Remington will be the same.

    My humble suggestion,

If they're the same as those used on the 700's, they're 6x48.
That is a number 6 machine screw, 48 threads per inch. If you've got a gunsmith nearby it's likely he would have some.
    Good luck,

Those srews are Fillister head 8-40 x .388 long, under the head. I have some- hex socket head, 1/2" long,- cheap, real cheap.
Email me if you can't find them locally.
