Need help for pricing browning challenger II
Could anyone give me some help on setting a price for my browning challenger II .22 LR pistol. I looked up the serial on browngings website and it was made in 1976 (first year of the challenger II). the serial is 655RT03894. So it was the 3894th produced that year. It has original clip and is in excellent condition w/ smooth wood grips and a 6 3/4 inch barrell. very slight blueing wear at the very tip of the barrel. Besides that it is very smooth and shiney. Well taken care of. No manual or case, just holster.
Any help is much appreciated.

I'ld call it between $150 & $250. When I was on the auctions, the average price for a comparable condition original Belgian Challenger was $250 - $350.
Since they were made in limited numbers as compared to the original Challengers and the later Buckmarks, they MIGHT achieve collector status one of these days? Don't believe they been made in over 20 years?0 -
my father paid $225.00 for his, in NRA EXCELLANT / 95%+ condition, with a holster / belt combo and an extra mag. its an AMERICAN gun, and i thought the price was fair. i agree with the above price / value estimate. these are nice guns, and very accuratte. best regards, mike.

If your wanting to sell it let me know for how much. My dad had one along time ago. It was the first pistol I shot and I would like to get him one again. He lost his in a house fire about ten years ago. So please let me know your asking price. Thanks 0
