Thoughts on Charles Daly sxs

What do you think about the new Charles Daly 12 ga sxs. I am looking at the medium grade (empire/superior) series.

    There are better guns offered for a bit more money. Then again, it's your decision...

    Does the gun fit? Do you like it? Are you buying it just as a shooter? Do you care if it retains its value?

    I Have a CD field grade II O/U. It has been a great gun and on hunts with my buddies (they shoot ruger,browning, etc.)we have switched and niether one of us can tell a significant difference. We have traded for whole days with plenty of shooting(doves). I think the more expensive CD guns are made well and are worth the money. Go with what feels right and fits you. Just wanted to throw my .02 in the pot.

    As Nord mentioned, there are better guns available. Daly was once a quality arm. It is your call but I do shy away from Daly. You never know whom is manufacturing them from day to day. If it works for you, good deal. If you should require a part-not going to happen. 101

    its better than the last one you were looking at! great guns for the money....but i still wouldnt put it in a canoe!
