last time to bother yall I think

Out of a Tikka T3 lite, Rem 700 BDL SS DM , and a Browing A bolt SS stalker w/BOSS which one will be the most accurate. I have a price of 799 for the Browning and 684 for the Rem and not sure on Tikka. Gonna go look saturday if they have one I like going to buy.

    If I were you I would go with the Browning. You will be much more satified with its performance, and especially if you get it for a good price. My Uncle has been using a Browning 270 for 40 years and hasn't had a bit of trouble. Accuracy is mostly a result of skill and practice. If you don't practice, it really doesn't what gun you buy, you still won't be able to hit anything.

    I wouldn't really knock those old Japanese guns. If truth be known the quality of the current Japanese guns are on par or better than most of the Belgiun guns. I know that I am probably going to catch a lot of flak for that but I'll stand behind it.

    When the Browning patent runs out, Remington will offer the BOSS system, because everyone else will. It works. I have both rifles, and both are very fine. I have no experience with the Tikka. I like the Browning fit and finish. Their wood is much finer than most stock American guns and their synthetic stocks feel better to me than any other. BUT. The Remington 700 has the best stock trigger made. That is why you will almost never see a 700 Remington rifle with an aftermarket trigger; it's a waste of money. Both the A-Bolt & the 700 are capable of excellent accuracy, but my 700 & 721 Remingtons generally out shoot my Rugers, Mausers, Savages, Brownings and Winchesters. I like the shorter bolt throw of the A-Bolt, but the 700's bolt handle feels better to me. I've owned lots of turnbolts in my time and I've enjoyed almost all of them. The A-Bolt and 700 are 2 of my favorites. If I had to choose between them, I'd pick the 700, because I know for a FACT I can make a 700 shoot. I can make an A-Bolt shoot too, but the 700 is easier. Finally, the 700 is made by AMERICAN, not Japanese or European craftsmen. Good Luck.

    The Rem 700 would be my choice out of a field of good choices, for the reasons given above.

    straight out of the box, I would bet the tikka would be the most accurate...however, if you happen to be wanting a 25/06, i have a remington 700 ssdbm thats been tricked out that will shoot, very very well !

    I own several Rem 700 BDL custom Deluxe Rifles as well as several Rugers and one Tika,I also had one Browning with the Boss system.I will never own another gun with Boss on it,it was nothing but trouble.The Tikka is a good Rifle,but I would go with the Remington or a Ruger Model 77 MK II.The Weatherby Rifles arent bad either.

    I own several Remington 700 classics and 700 BDL's,all have fine triggers and shoot nice tinght groups. Can't go wrong with a 700 BDL,also made in the USA.

    Darrel, FYI, Many sniper rifles are and have been built on the Reminton 700 action. Ask any marine sniper, they'll be happy to tell you more.

    Only one promises the accuracy. Tikka. They are very well made and every review I have read on them is excellent. I think they are the best regardless of cost. They just happen to cost less.

    The trigger on the T3 is adjustable between 2-4#s.
