I found a reference for a Century Arms Co. in St. Louis. This was a trade name used on guns sold by the Shapleigh Hardware Co. of St. Louis, MO
Given the above, it's quite hard to say who actually manufactured your rifle. It would be considered a "Hardware Gun" and could have been made by any of number firms. These type of Hardware Guns were most common prior to W W II. My WAG is that your rifle dates to the 20's or 30's.0
