Which powder in Federal Gold Medal Match?

Anyone know which powder Federal uses in their .308 Gold Medal Match load with the Sierra 168 gr. Matchking bullet?? I know it is a ball powder. Could it be WIN 748 or maybe Hodgdon BLC(2)??

Any ideas appreciated.

  I may be wrong, but I don't believe the powders used to load commercial loads are usually available to the public. There was an article in one of the gun mags about this a few years ago. I may be misquoting, but they formulate the powders to burn rate and pressure and may sometimes mix powders to achieve this.
