I'm going to take a different stance.
The Mini-14 was never made (exceptions being the GB and AC) with the evil assault weapon features. These features could have been legally added to any Mini made BEFORE and INSTALLED before the assault weapons ban. To do so now even on a gun made before the AWB would have you making an evil assault weapon and be illegal.
As such, I would have to say that the value of these parts is negligible because they could only be legally used on those already equiped.

About $25 a ton.
Some guys like a mag full of lead, I still prefer one round to the head.0 -
Thanks everyone, I'll post what they went for in a week or so for your amusement. 0 -

I bought one for my "grandfathered" "assault weapon" Mini-14 just a few months ago at a gun show for about $50.
Red223 do you have it in the GB auction? Give us a link.0 -
I think where the problem is, is that Pre-Ban Mini-14 is a misnomer. That is like saying a pre-ban Winchester 94. Prior to the AWB There was not really a definitive government regulation on what an assault weapon was. As I said before the Mini (with few exceptions) was NOT made with the required 'evil' features. This is unlike the AR types or others like the Galil, AKs (w/o the required US parts), etc. which were made prior to the ban with all the 'evil' features.
Now lets go over the evil features (I'm doing this from memory so please forgive any omissions).
1. (Most important) A detachable magazine and more than ONE of the following:
a. Conspicuous pistol grip
b. Folding or collapsible stock
c. Flash suppressor (NOT a muzzel brake)
d. Bayonet lug
e. Grenade launcher
The Simonov designed rifle lacks the first(and most important) requirement of a detachable magaizine. If you modify the current Yugos to accept AK mags does it then fall into the AW catagory. Yes because then you have to many 'evil' features.
Just because a manufacturer made parts legally prior to the AWB does not mean that they are now legal to use on a weapon not originally equipped (and installed prior to the AWB). I don't have the financial resources to be able to argue these points in court aganst the BATFE if they question the use. Why take the chance?
Oh, by the way, I DO have one equiped with this accy that I can document as being installed before the AWB.
