Rem. shotgun I.D.?

I am trying to find some wood for a friend's shotgun, but I need to what model it is? It says Remington built on Browning Pat.Oct.8,1900,Dec.17,01,Sept.20,02,June16,03 on the Barrel and has no other markings on it anywhere. Can someone tell me what it is and where I might locate a stock,forearm,and the cap that holds the barrel on and the plug in?
