Remington 1100 or 11-87 as clays gun

I am looking for a sporting clays gun and was looking at 1100 or Remington 1187 which one is better quality durability and kick wise

  I'd go with the 1100. Recoil and durability.

  EITHER ONE WILL DO A GOOD JOB FOR YOU. 11-87 WILL ALSO SHOOT 3 INCH SHELLS. GOOD LUCK,

  either or will do....go for an 1100 first. its a better finish.

  Another thought might be a recoil-operated gun over the gas-operated 1100. If you shoot a lot there'd be a lot less work to keep it clean and functioning.
  I'd personally take the Benelli Super Black Eagle, and I do have an 1100 - but it's in .410.

  Choose the gun that fits you the best. The one that is "there" when you bring it up. Don't limit yourself to these two models. "You gotta kill it before you can grill it." Ted Nugent.
