Is ATN a good scope manufacturer?

Are their scopes any good?

  Darrell.... I just bought their "Night Leopard" night vision scope.
  When I received it I installed the battery and turned it on.
  It came on for about 45 seconds working just fine, then went off.
  
  I thought it might have been a bad battery that came with it, so I put in a new one, but it did not help. Nothing I did would make it come back on.
  
  I called the factory and they said send it to them, which I did.
  When I get it back, which should be any day now, I will let you know how it went.

  I'm not looking for night vision just a scope like the 4-12x60
