Never chronographed the following loads but use to load between 3.5 & 3.8 grains of Bullseye behind a H & G #68 bullet ( 200 grain ). Obviously had to use a reduced power recoil spring ( 12/14 lb? ). Try it, get you in the ballpark anyway. 0 -
Rufe-snow, where do you buy H&G bullets or are you casting them?
Thanks Miles

When I was still loading for .45 ACP, bought them in bulk quanties from the local gun stores. Generally there just marketed as "200 grain semi-wadcuters", but most of them are almost identical to the H & G # 68.
Got fed up after a while with the "Smoke" created by the lube used on the lead projectiles and the "Unique" powder I was using.
When I went to 10mm, started using Rainer total metal jacketed projectiles ( Plated ) and Accurate Arms powders, ( #7 & #9 ) never looked back, beats the heck out of Unique and cast lead bullets.
Don't fool around with cast lead bullets if you can help it. Lot of on-line sites sell Rainers. Here's a link.
