    Your revolvers were made by the Herbert Schmidt Company of Ostheim Germany.
    Schmidt started manufacturing firearms in the early 60's. They were inexpensive and sold under different names by various U S importers.
    The Gun Control Act of 1968 had a negative effect on the sales of many of Schmidt's handguns, as it curtailed the importation of many inexpensive revolvers and automatics.
    As you describe your revolvers as being consecutively numbered and NIB, they would probably have more value than a typical Schmidt handgun which usually goes for $75 to $150.
