Ship machine gun parts to Washinton state?

Can I legally ship Machine gun parts to washington state? Specifically disconnectors for a FAL. I seem to remember seeing it somewhere, and now can't locate the info.

  In order to CYA you should require a copy of their NFA tax paperwork. That way you have proof that it is being sent for use on a registered ClassIII weapon.
