    I paid 150 for one of my norincos and aquired the other in a trade that was worth about the same. Both were used. Is your stock legal. If it was on the gun before the ban then that will probably add some value. Check out listing in auction and that should give you a good idea of what current value is.

    These I think are priced high. I don't know I wouldn't spend over 200 for an sks unless there was something special about it.

    For a Chinese (Norinco) SKS tops I would pay is $175. For a Russian SKS I would pay up to $300. depending on the condition.
