SKS Expertise needed!

I am looking at a Norinco SKS Paratrooper that has DP on the reciever with 4 Chinese symbols after it. The serial number is 22000876. I want to know if this is a model that that was factory milled to accept the AK mags.

  My SKS Chinese model D sporter that took AK mags had constant slam fires. I got rid of it. It would fly into full auto and I could not stop it!!
