Anyone know anything about Kessler guns???

The only information that has been given to me so far is that it is a Kessler 16 guage, bolt action rifle/shotgun....manufactured around the 1951-1953 time?

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

  they went bankrupt, and the tools and stock were auctioned off. BILL RUGER bought a lot of the tools and dies. value even in perfect condition is low (under $100.00 in most cases). quality is fair, they made bolt guns, and the "LEVERMATIC". best regards, mike.
