do i have to have FFL to sell on here or just to buy

  The only need for an FFL is when you buy a gun, you must send a signed in blue or red ink copy to the seller so they can ship to that FFL holder. Then they can do the transfer.

  NEITHER, JUST MONEY. YOUR TRANSFER DEALER WILL TAKE CARE OF THE FFL.

  You only need an FFL if you are in the business of buying & selling firearms, or if you repair them.
  
  However, all firearms transactions must be made in compliance with applicable Federal, State, & Local laws. For certain transactions, you may need to have an FFL transfer the gun to you. You can read the specific requirements in the links on the Gunbroker home page.
