Can anyone give me tha low-down on Winchester scopes? Who makes them? Quality?

  I see these are new and out at Natchez. Some pretty good prices like an illuminated reticle 3-10X44 with covers, scopecoat and ammo box for $135.
  
  They claim the prices are low just to get them "out there".
  
  Any opinions on these?

  Dave: I assume that you are referring to the spotting scopes now available. Chinese mfg, fair, good value for the price. Avoid the "bottom" model;
