looking for the approx value (sell) for a excellent cond M-96 swedish mauser 6.5mm, no mods were made and the mfg date is 1919

Last ones I saw listed anywhere were going for $169.00 , but this was a wholesale price I think. I see them listed in GB for anywhere from $200 to $250 or more. When I started buying Swedes, I was getting them for $69, but the market was flooded with them then.

Also depends on who made it. The first contract was made in Berlin by Mauser. If it is a Berlin gun, it can be worth more.

CARL GUSTAV m-96 mausers pre 1920 seem to command a premium lately. you can get them from the usual wholsalers for under $200.00, but they are selling here on GB for over $500.00 in top condition. i am not sure why this is the case. best regards, mike.
