Wierd...I had no idea Daisy and Feinwerkbau ever got together. I know FWB and Beeman did (still are). Yours with Daisy markings might be rare, but the FWB 300 in general was a pretty common competition air rifle. It's pretty much a classic that can still hold its own even today. My high school was using them in the mid to late 90's.

In reply to an earler question regarding an air rifle with Daisy and Feinwerbau breech stamps, I have an FWB 300 side-cocker air rifle similarly marked. I bought it in the early 70's when the two companies apparently joined forces in an unsucessful attempt to capitalize on the new interest in airguns. My sense is not too many of these guns were sold; I've never seen another so marked.

My 300S is marked Daisy, the manual has Daisy return address for repair and I had to order some eye cups for rear sight, when I bought it many years ago it didn't have any, from Daisy. Found out the hard way that you DON'T put your eye against the rear sight without them. Ah crap, that hurt!!!
