Corporate owned full auto?'s- can it be done?

OK, I was told that there is a provision in the law that allows full auto firearms to be owned by a corporation, as opposed to an individual. The person said informed me that's how personal protection services and others can have them. Does any one out there know how this works? Any info would be helpful. Thanks much- Chad

    This may be a dumb question, but I was wondering if this gives the person who goes the incorporation route the ability to buy a new C3 from lets say Colt or do they still have to find an already existing pre 86 C3?

    Thanks for the clarification, that was what was confusing me. Your statement could have been interpreted differently.
