Kimber Gold Guardian

Greetings all;

Searching for some info on Kimber's Gold Guardian.
Its a 1911 style .45acp out of the custom shop with a limited
release of only 300 pistols.

I picked one up back in '98, and have yet to fire it! [8)]
Wondering the value of this piece, as I want to sell it and
get an Armalite .308 [}:)][}:)][}:)][}:)]

There is almost NO info about this item on the net! [B)][:0]

    I remember reading something about the Guardian back then but don't remember the specifics ...

    As far as value, if you paid retail, you probably won't get what that much out of it ... problem is #1 Kimber isn't really collectable yet ... and #2 Kimber was releasing a new model almost every other month, so there are a lot of "short run" pistols out there.

    Your best bet would be to take some good digital pictures, list it on the auction, pay the $3 for the "Featured Listings" which keeps your item at the front of the catagory and the 25 cents for the "Thumbnail Image" ... remember, you can ask whatever you want for it, but if you wouldn't buy another at that price, it may not be worth that much to anyone else either ...

    As for the Guardian, Im thinking its gonna be a rare one;
    Im still amazed that I cant find ANYTHING about it out
    there/ here [:(]
