AR-15 Load Data

I want a good accurate load for my varminter ar that has 1in9 twist.
I want to use varget powder if possible. Any info would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

  do it the right way. work the load yourself. that way you also learn alittle in the process.
  
  BTW-you might want to change the title to .223 rem load data.

  maggie is correct. i'm sure we all would like to share our "pet loads" however: along with that we would have to assume some responsibility if this is done over the wire. work them up from the manuals and find the best load....thats the fun part!!![;)]
