disasembling a g-43

can someone after i lock the cocking handle back with all the parts in it how do i get it out of the receiver ?? also in removing the trigger group do i just knock the pins out of the side ??? also need to remove the gas piston or whatever it is above the barrel any help is welcome thanks

the thing that scares me is that we could be living in someone else's own reality
