There is no Colt revolver called a "1920 Colt Revolver Police Special". I suspect you have a Police Positive in .32 or.38 Colt cal. or a Police Positive Special in .38 Special cal or .32-20 cal. If you will post the exact barrel marking (not patent dates), the barrel length, type of grips (hard rubber or wood) and percentage of finish on the pistol, someone will be able to give you a fairly close estimate as to value.
