Is Illinois one of the states that cannot receive semi-auto Tommy Guns and Hi-cap mags?

  Yep, our IL. laws permit such, but as was said, Chitown and many of the suburbs have complete bans on handguns, hi-caps and who knows what else. Gotta love that our governor's name is "Rod"[xx(]
