Need Parker Bros. SxS Shotgun Expertise
I have an old Parker Bros 16ga SxS shotgun with Damascas barrels and double hammers and triggers. The patent date Mar 28th 1875 I just want to know what model and have and if it is worth anything? Thanks in advance.

If condition is even decent it is worth something. Would need more information such as exposed hammers, but probably a Parker should be taken to an expert for evaluation.

Parkers came in a variety of grades, with some of them being worth $eriou$ pocket change. I would suggest that you contact the Parker Collectors group (they have a nice website... just do a search on Parker Bros.).

The older exposed hammer models are worth perhaps 25% less, as are damascus barrels, but I would be supried if the value is not in 4 figures. Again, needs someone expert in Parkers to look at it hands on.
