+P in Tokarev and clone

I have a Tokarev handgun, stamped 1951 on top of slide. I have 7.62, 9mm, and 38 super barrels & clips.
I also have a clone by Norinco in 9mm.

Can I use 9mm +P ammo in either of these handguns ?

  7.62 x 25 (Tokarev) is also a high-pressure/high-performance cartridge. I'd feel safe with it.
