flaig ace 264 win mag

I am looking at a mauser rifle-wood stock with a barrel that says (Flaig Ace)in 264 win mag. Is this a decent rifle? The only reason I'm looking at it is because of the caliber. Where do they originate from. It has a cheaper scope and the price is $275.
Did they come with a decent trigger or is it a stock trigger? Any advice or thoughts would be great to hear.

  FLAIG'S GUN SHOP MAKE THESE IN THE 50'S-70'S, GOOD BASIC COMMERCOAL MAUSER ACTIONS W/ ADJ. TRIGGERS (FROM THE ONES I'VE SEEN). NOT A BAD DEAL IF THE BARREL IS GOOD.
