Spanish Shotgun ID

I have a 12ga Spanish Boxlock SxS, serial no.9444 with All Appropriate Proof marks and additional marks IMA boxed on each Barrel flat. Barrel rounds on underside are also marked F.A.-D. Gun is in very good condition. Gun was imported by: Replica Arms Inc.,Marietta, Ohio. Would like to know name of Maker as well as approx. worth.
