Once you apply for a C&R license, how long does it take to get one.

Are the c&r license worth the cost and time to get if one just buys or trades a old gun 4-5 times a year? Also how often do you have to renew them? Thanks

Took me almost 90 days to get mine a couple of years ago-but then, I live in California!

Got you beat. Sent my forms and money off on 10/20 and received the license today. Still waiting on the 2nd package with the BATF forms.

Got to get it broken in now....... Mike

I figured mine was so quick because I live about 25 miles from the licensing center. You must live in their basement!

Definitely a ditto on the breaking it in thing. I've been one gun-shopping cowboy the last 2 days.
