Any problems with shipping a hi-cap clip to Germany?

  Most likely it's a problem.
  
  You must get an Export Permit from the US State Dept to export any arms, or gun parts. Now, I don't have a copy of the US Munitions List, & I don't know what kind of mag you propose to export, but the odds are that it is prohibited.
  
  Now, if you told me you had a chance to make a quick $50,000,000 on an export transaction, I might be willing to sympathize. But, you are considering something that could get you a year or two in a federal prison, in order to make an extra $10 or $20? That doesn't make a lot of sense.
  
  Walk away from the deal.

  In Germany the magazine is not considered an essential part of the gun and there are no resrictions on shipping selling or whatever. If there are problems they arise from the american side.
